There were some links shared in the chat box during the session, including this site as an example of the tools available for the precise measurement of moisture in seed.
Also mentioned during the discussion was using a dehumidifier to dry seeds. An overview of the issues, including describing both types – dessicant and refrigerant – has been done by Choice here. The actual model used by the Bega Valley Seed Savers is this one, but many other brands and models would be suitable depending on the room size and quantity of material being dried.
