Cucurbita maxima ‘Australian Butter’ is a large Australian heirloom pumpkin weighing up to 7 kg. It is very attractive with pale orange skin and deep orange, dense flesh. It has an excellent flavour, reminiscent of butternut and is good for roasting. Harvest takes 100 days and it stores well.
